AutismHWY.com is extremely proud that our annual event will be presented by the City of Covina in the spring of 2014! We will be working in conjunction with The Covina Cultural Arts Commission and sponsored by Autism Movement Therapy!

We will be moving to the beautiful and newly enhanced Heritage Plaza in the Downtown area on Citrus Avenue.The date will be Saturday, April 12th 9a.m.-5p.m. Registrations will be through the Parks and Recreation Dept. Vendor booths will be $25.00 and Artist registration will be $5.00. There will be prize money for Fan favorites in different categories! Also our FUN Raffle Deluxe!

We are quite excited about our new location with all of the sparkling conveniences in the heart of the busy and charming downtown area. It will undoubtedly be an amazing day to make new connections. Past and new participants will join us like new friend Artist Eileen Sobora the ever talented Joel Anderson founder of Joel’s Vision Arts & Artist, Animator and mentor Dani Bowman!!! founder of Powerlight Studios ! Astounding Friends are flying in from around the world Artist and children’s book illustrator Silke Heyer will be joining us all of the way from Germany! Past event sponsor; Artist and founder of Sensory Smart Store Lisa Ligon will join us from Tennessee!! Event favorite local Artist Bj Lane and NEW participant exciting 3D chalk-artist Willie Zin will all WOW the crowd.

The amazing music will again be brought to us by our favorite band~ Who’s Clayton!We also have some special guests and surprises being planned!! Some impromptu performances are bound to occur along with some great talks and book readings! There will be something for everyone guaranteed!

As a community here in the U.S. April is always a busy month. World Autism Day on April 2nd and Acceptance month throughout the rest of April! A lot of fun things to do and plan. We ask you to pre-schedule this event for yourselves and all of your awesome organizations, as it should be a blast! An annual chance to show the community the ART of Autism~Acceptance! A shared April event not to be missed!
