Birds of a Feather: Chalk Together!

tashi finalvent1vent3vent4vent6ventura 7ventura2ventura5ventura8

In partnership with Tashi I brought her design to the Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival at the beautiful Ventura Harbor the weekend of September 12th. A very calm and wonderful art filled event this year. We saw many of our chalk artist friends and made some wonderful new ones that we hope to see at our event next spring!!

The art mixed with the ocean air was phenomenal. I loved having the time to be chalking myself while speaking with the crowd about this artist, her beautiful Bird of Paradise design and the annual AutismHWY.com Chalk festival.

A design I believe in wholeheartedly when Tashi says we all have wings to fly! Enjoy hearing more about that from the artist herself in the wonderful video below.

Using Art as a beautiful bridge to understanding . Understanding the layers and depths to the lives we all live together.
